About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Home Care division. The successful candidate will be tasked with the administrative and leadership functions of the branch, ensuring compliance with all Federal and State regulations governing home health care agencies, as well as the company's policies and procedures. This role involves team management, including the annual evaluation of employees, staff development, and maintaining appropriate supervision during service hours. The Executive Director will also be responsible for client relations, business operations, and branch growth strategies, and must have a strong focus on incident management and issue resolution.Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company's Home Care division should have a High School Diploma, with a preference for a college degree, and a background that includes a criminal check, valid driver's license, and acceptable MVR. While not mandatory, 2-3 years of management experience, healthcare, and pediatric experience are preferred. The role requires the ability to travel, frequent lifting, and a variety of physical activities. The Executive Director will be expected to work in diverse environments and must be prepared to meet the health-related requirements for employees in the home care industry.
