About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Human Resources to lead and manage all HR operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including employee and labor relations, talent acquisition, recruitment, compensation management, benefit administration, talent development, performance management, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role also involves strategic planning, budget development, and the communication of personnel matters to all employees. The Executive Director will provide guidance in the development of HR goals and objectives, supervise and support the professional growth of the HR team, and maintain effective relationships with state and local agencies.Applicants for the Executive Director of Human Resources position at the company should have a strong background in HR management and a deep understanding of HR best practices.
