About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director of International Sales to spearhead the development and execution of the business in the international (Non-US) region. The successful candidate will be tasked with creating and leading the business development vision, strategy, and processes to drive sales, increase revenue, and retain the customer base. This leadership role also encompasses international marketing and the establishment of international partnerships. The Executive Director will be responsible for evaluating the current state of commercial operations, driving business development activities, and designing the commercial organization to meet the company's goals. Strong leadership, the ability to manage staff across multiple time zones, and a willingness to travel are essential for this position.Applicants for the Executive Director role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with a minimum of 15 years' of individual sales experience and at least 5 years' in a sales management capacity. A proven track record in sales achievement, experience in managing a P&L, and a general manager mindset are required. The role demands excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to build and manage effective sales and support teams.
