Executive Director / Administrator - Assisted Living & Memory Support

This position may also supervise other departments such as Building Operations and will work very closely with our Director responsible for our Independent Living community who also directs departments such as Sales, Community Life, Dining and Club Ridge.

We're seeking qualified licensed and experienced Executive Director to oversee the operations of our 145 unit (96 AL & 49 MC) high-end community and to professionally lead our dedicated team members. Essential Duties and Responsibilities of an Executive Director / Administrator:

* Responsible for ensuring efficient operations and overall management and direction of day-to-day functions of the Assisted Living, Memory Support and Building Operations departments within the community.

* Responsible for ensuring compliance with all State and Federal regulations relating to resident care and building operations while creating a supportive and enjoyable environment for both residents and team members.

* Possesses the administrative authority, responsibility and accountability of directing the overall management and control of activities and programs for the Assisted Living and Memory Support neighborhoods in the community, its residents, team members and financial assets.

* In-person interaction with and to observe residents, family members, team members and vendors to assess operations, evaluate team member performance, motivate staff, problem solve and provide leadership and direction for the community.

Qualifications of an Executive Director / Administrator:

* Must possess a State of Colorado administrator's license.

* Possess knowledge of all applicable Utah laws and regulations surrounding Senior Living.

* Prefer 2+ year experience as a successful Senior Living Executive Director as evidenced by hitting financial goals and having a clean State Survey history.

* Must be comfortable using Microsoft software programs.

* Demonstrate genuine concern for the physical and emotional needs of older adults and their families.
