About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director with a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNFA) license to oversee the overall operation of a skilled nursing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the facility's compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations. This includes directing the implementation of policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and sanitary environment, and overseeing the recruitment, training, and supervision of staff. The Executive Director will also be involved in budget preparation, maintaining optimal patient census, and representing the facility in dealings with outside agencies.Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a current and valid state Nursing Home Administrator license, with a thorough knowledge of applicable regulations. A BS/BA degree in healthcare administration or equivalent experience is preferred, along with a minimum of one year of experience in a similar leadership role. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and management skills, as well as the ability to ensure the delivery of quality care and services to residents. The Executive Director will also be responsible for maintaining a positive community relations program and fostering a work environment that promotes respect and dignity.
