The YMCA of Greater Toledo is a thriving association with 10 branches; the Fort Meigs Y serves the Perrysburg, OH area with great partnerships and community support. The Fort Meigs Y opened in 1998 and has a current operatingbudget of $5.5 million.The Fort Meigs Y is our flagship branch with 4,800 membership units and 11,500 members. The 55,000 sq. ft. facility has a wellness center, gymnasium, group exercise studios, indoor and therapy pools, and both an indoor and outdoor track. Facilities

Volunteer and staff development

Financial development

Community relations and collaborations with community organizationsMinimum RequirementsA minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required. The preferred candidate should have YMCA background to properly understand the nature and function of YMCA programs and services. The incumbent should have at minimum Multi-Team or Branch Leader Certification with the YMCA of the USA and prior experience as a branch executive director. Strong human relations and communication skills are essential to coordinate activities and work effectively with staff and volunteers.
