Affinity Strategies is seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for medical and healthcare associations. In this fully remote role, the Executive Director will drive innovative initiatives, ensure organizational sustainability, and accelerate the associations' progress toward achieving their vision.

The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking leader with a strong ability to GROW membership, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have strong communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably within a professional association, nonprofit, or healthcare-related organization.
• Strong strategic planning and organizational management skills.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in financial management and sustainability planning.
• Knowledge of the healthcare or medical association landscape is highly desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, leveraging technology to engage and lead teams and stakeholders.
