Our mission is to deliver comprehensive treatment services that foster hope, healing, and resilience.Job Description:We are seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Director to lead our Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Center. The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the center, including program development, staff management, financial planning, and community outreach.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide visionary leadership and direction to the facility, setting strategic goals and objectives in alignment with the organization's mission and vision.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Oversee the admissions and intake process for the SUD treatment program.
  • Supervise intake, facilities and department staff.
  • Implement best practices and innovative approaches to improve client care and operational efficiency.
  • Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient facility management.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting staff development and professional growth.
  • Develop the organizational culture and promote transparency and collaboration throughout the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local regulations, as well as accreditation standards.
  • Draft organizational policies and philosophies.
  • Prepare for and lead the facility through inspections and audits by regulatory bodies and accrediting agencies.
  • Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance client outcomes and service delivery.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in client care, treatment outcomes and overall facility performance.
  • Utilize data and feedback to drive continuous improvement in clinical practices and operational processes.
  • Oversee quality assurance and compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
  • Recruit, develop and retain a high-performing team of professionals.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting professional development and staff well-being.
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels and appropriate staff training and credentialing.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, referral sources and other stakeholders.
  • Represent the facility at community events, conferences and meetings to promote its services and advocate for individuals struggling with addiction.
  • Ensure the facility operates in accordance with all federal, state and local regulations, including healthcare and safety standards.
  • Maintain accreditation and certification requirements for the facility.Qualifications:EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Master's degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Strong understanding of addiction treatment protocols, healthcare regulations, and quality improvement processes. Public Relations and Marketing knowledge. HIPAA regulatory compliance.EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within an SUD or behavioral health setting. Experience in writing policies and procedures.SKILLS/ABILITIES: Employee Management, Client Confidentiality, Working Independently, Multitasking, Flexibility, Customer Service, Ability to react calmly in an emergency, Time Management, Organization, Attention to Detail, Microsoft Applications, Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to organize work and meet deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. High level of integrity, ethics and professionalism.WORKING CONDITIONS: The work environment is a professional office environment within a healthcare facility. May require occasional evening or weekend work depending on patient needs and facility requirements.MENTAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS OF THIS POSITION:REASONING ABILITY: Ability to deal with a variety of variables under only limited standardization. Being able to differentiate between performance standards required and performance standards not meeting requirements.MATHEMATICS ABILITY: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers and common fractions.LANGUAGE ABILITY: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents.
