About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Career Link. The successful candidate will serve as the primary advisor on student career development and will be responsible for leading all aspects of the campus organization, including the workforce and career team. This role involves advancing strategies for a self-sustaining organization, overseeing the implementation of the Career Link strategy, and leading training initiatives. The Executive Director will also be a key strategic representative to external agencies and will work to expand partnership opportunities with business, industry, government, and community members.Candidates for the Executive Director position must have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and a minimum of 5 years' related experience. The role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a commitment to student learning outcomes, staff development, and diversity. The Executive Director will work closely with the Chancellor and other campus leaders to meet or exceed metrics tied to the Career Link and must be able to travel as needed. Experience in promoting an inclusive environment and the ability to work within an entrepreneurial framework are also essential.
