About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to provide visionary leadership and oversight of its community service and volunteerism initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, working closely with a board of Commissioners, and ensuring the implementation of a strategic plan that meets the needs of the community. This role involves serving as a liaison to key external partners, including government agencies and the general public and requires a deep understanding of the volunteer and community service sector, as well as the ability to navigate a dynamic political and regulatory environment. The Executive Director will also be accountable for the management and development of staff, financial administration, and fostering productive relationships with both public and private partners.Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a graduate degree in a related field and at least eight years of senior management experience in a relevant setting.
