About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Northwest Georgia Chapter. This role is pivotal in serving as the face of the organization, with a primary focus on external community relations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing the company's presence and connectivity in the community, developing sustained relationships, and managing a chapter board to mobilize support and resources. The Executive Director will also be involved in mission capacity building, including volunteer engagement and blood collection goals, and will be expected to influence an environment of teamwork and inclusion to effectively deliver against the company's mission.Candidates for the Executive Director position should have a four-year college degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a Master's degree, and a minimum of 5 years' related experience. The role requires strong communication, influencing, and public speaking skills, as well as the ability to develop and implement fundraising strategies. Management experience is preferred, and the candidate should be proficient in MS Office. The Executive Director will be expected to travel within the region and may be required to support disaster responses.
