About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Portfolio Management in the IT Division. The successful candidate will be a strategic thought partner with senior IT leadership, including the CIO, and will be responsible for the operational leadership of the division's initiatives, programs, and projects. This hands-on role involves team leadership, portfolio management, client relationship management, oversight of project management, IT financial management, and personnel administration. The Executive Director will also be involved in environment and maintenance, training, operating procedures and policies, and will play a key role in setting and achieving strategic goals.Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 12 years' work experience, or a minimum of 5 years' experience managing a team that includes project managers. A Master's degree and 8+ years' of experience in IT project management are preferred. The role requires a solid technical background, experience in supporting ERPs, and a successful track record in project planning and execution. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to overcome obstacles are essential.
