Due to a year end retirement, Modena Reserve at Kensington is seeking a dynamic Executive Director to join our leadership team. Our Class A Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care community encompasses 135 total units and is managed by Solera Senior Living. We pride ourselves on providing a superior level of care and service and are grounded in the core values of Compassion, Commitment, Communication and Creativity.

Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, you will continue to build upon what our founding Executive Director has created and continue to effectively manage the day to day operations our of community. You will ensure that we are exceeding our residents' and families' expectations in providing a high level of care and service delivery and lead, mentor and motivate our team to success. Equally as important, you will also manage the budget/financial outcomes and represent Modena Reserve at Kensington and Solera Senior Living appropriately in the marketplace.

Qualified candidates will possess a high degree of professionalism and a record of operational success within the seniors housing sector. Assisted Living licensure is required.
