The organization provides services to individuals with developmental disabilities and mental illness.The Executive Director position provides the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. The position accomplishes this through a respectful, constructive, and energetic style, guided by the objectives of the company.Duties:

• Study long-range economic and behavioral healthcare trends and opportunities for future acquisition and expansion.
• Supervise investment of corporate funds.
• Supervise Senior Management Staff.
• Oversee Administrative Office personnel and procedures.
• Confer with Chief Operating Officer on Operational Issues and Concerns.
• Confer with CQI Director on Quality Issues and Concerns.
• Confer with Human Resource Department on Employee Issues and Concerns.
• Confer with the Finance Department on Administrative Staff Issues and Concerns as well as Financial Issues and Concerns.Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in human services, health administration, or other relevant discipline.
  • Three (3) years of experience working in behavioral health.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in leadership, preferably with a behavioral healthcare organization.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
