Executive Housekeeper - Trapp Family Lodge : Job Details

Full-time, year-round. We are seeking an Executive Housekeeper to join our management team! The Executive Housekeeper is responsible housekeeping operation in the Main Lodge, Guest Houses, Villas and Laundry. This position provides direct support the Assistant Executive Housekeepers and Supervisors in these areas and ensures they in turn provide direct support to their team. This position is an important liaison for the Housekeeping Department and Maintenance, Reception and Executive Committee. The Executive Housekeeper ensures that service and production standards are established; oversees performance evaluation and training for housekeeping employees; works with Maintenance Director and Hotel Manager on renovation scheduling and ongoing improvements; responsible for purchasing and maintaining inventories.
