We are looking for an Executive Marketing Assistant who can use their business knowledge and professionalism to support the team by coordinating and ensuring office efficiency. This position will be in Nanuet, NY.
Responsibilities
- Participates in the coordination of administrative functions for one or more executives.
- Attends and schedules meetings, takes meeting minutes, and follows-up on outstanding items. Creates presentations, updates logs and database.
- Completes governmental/state forms, registrations and license applications.
- Assists the marketing department with proposal management.
- Uses Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other programs to accomplish the work.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years of administrative experience.
- Project management experience.
- Experience supporting a senior executive.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Are organized, detail-oriented, and thrive on resolving operational challenges that come your way.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
