Responsibilities
- Calendar management
- Aid executive in preparing for meetings
- Managing priorities for executive
- Acting as a gatekeeper
- As hoc project based work
- Coordinating bills/expenses
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Pro-active and diligent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
