DeWinter is the San Francisco Bay Area's premier boutique search firm. Founded in 2000 by three partners, we are now over 100 employees strong and growing. Our reputation is built on integrity and trust, and our biggest successes are the client and candidate relationships we develop along the way. We work collaboratively and value our teammates. DeWinter Partners, the retained search division of The DeWinter Group, is hiring!
We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as an Executive Recruiter. Your primary focus will be on the placement of technology talent using online tools, an authentic voice, and creative problem-solving skills to uncover, source, interview and deliver talent to our selective clients.
Do you thrive in a driven and fun culture? Interested in blazing the trail for our decentralized hiring strategy? Our perfect hire is more about a personality profile than an exact resume match. Perhaps you started your career in a different field and loved the people, and want to explore human relationships and networking? Perhaps you are currently working in recruiting at a large company but want the autonomy of running your own desk?
This is a chance to partner with established venture capital firms like Sequoia Capital, LightSpeed, Eclipse, A16Z, IVP, etc. and help scale their hyper-growth start-ups in their portfolio.
