About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Sales Director for the NY Metro Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales executives to drive revenue growth across a defined geographic area. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, building key client relationships, and delivering value propositions that result in new contract awards. The Executive Sales Director will also manage a team of sales directors, ensuring that the sales team is effectively targeting and securing new business in line with regional growth objectives.Applicants for the Executive Sales Director position must have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or life sciences, with an advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years' successful sales experience in healthcare, particularly with B2B transactions and experience selling into the C-suite, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales results, at least 3-5 years of sales management experience, and a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including payers and regulations. The role demands a leader with excellent business acumen, strategic agility, and the ability to build and manage effective teams. The candidate should be action-oriented, customer-focused, and possess strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
