Job Description: Pay Range: $20hr - $22hr Duties:
- The incumbent will provide administrative support including travel, purchasing, fiscal reporting, and responding to public inquiries for a group of about 20 staff.
- Duties include: answering incoming telephone and email inquiries to the group and distributing these inquiries for response; assisting with personnel functions including recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
- ssisting with purchase-related work including tracking purchases, reviewing and approving invoices, monitoring budget and purchase order information.
- nd assisting with tasks such as development of expenditure plans and reports.
Preferred Qualifications:
- The preferred candidate will have working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Office software (including Outlook email and calendaring tools, Word, and Excel);
- good computer skills; experience handling telephone calls that require a high level of professionalism.
