Job Overview:
Optomi seeking an Executive Support Engineers to provide dedicated technical support to C-level executives. This role will focus on troubleshooting and maintaining systems and devices, with a primary emphasis on Windows, MacOS, and Microsoft Teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site, hands-on technical support for C-level executives' Windows and MacOS systems, ensuring optimal performance and resolving issues quickly.
- Offer expert support for Microsoft Teams, including troubleshooting connectivity issues, settings, and integrations.
- Assist with configuring and maintaining devices (Windows PCs, MacBooks, iOS/Android devices) and ensure they are secure and up-to-date.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, applications (Teams, Zoom), and AV equipment.
- Support networking and connectivity, including WiFi, VPN, and other device setup and configurations.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience with Windows operating systems (troubleshooting, administration, and user support).
- Strong proficiency in MacOS, including device setup, troubleshooting, and management.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Teams, including configuration, troubleshooting, and support for meetings and collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with device management solutions like SCCM and JAMF.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain discretion in high-pressure environments.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to customer service.
- Experience with white-glove support.
