Job Overview:

Optomi seeking an Executive Support Engineers to provide dedicated technical support to C-level executives. This role will focus on troubleshooting and maintaining systems and devices, with a primary emphasis on Windows, MacOS, and Microsoft Teams. If you are an experienced IT professional with a strong background in supporting high-level executives, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site, hands-on technical support for C-level executives' Windows and MacOS systems, ensuring optimal performance and resolving issues quickly.
  • Offer expert support for Microsoft Teams, including troubleshooting connectivity issues, settings, and integrations.
  • Assist with configuring and maintaining devices (Windows PCs, MacBooks, iOS/Android devices) and ensure they are secure and up-to-date.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, applications (Teams, Zoom), and AV equipment.
  • Support networking and connectivity, including WiFi, VPN, and other device setup and configurations.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive experience with Windows operating systems (troubleshooting, administration, and user support).
  • Strong proficiency in MacOS, including device setup, troubleshooting, and management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Teams, including configuration, troubleshooting, and support for meetings and collaboration tools.
  • Familiarity with device management solutions like SCCM and JAMF.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain discretion in high-pressure environments.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to customer service.
  • Experience with white-glove support.
