- As the Expeditor (Expo), you will ensure that when Famous Food leaves the kitchen it has both proper presentation and order accuracy when delivered to our Guests.
- Expedites guest checks to the culinary staff in the kitchen, checks ticket times, garnishes and inspects product. Returns items to wait staff as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Process and expedite guest orders to the culinary team in the kitchen to ensure timely delivery of meals
- Check ticket times and conduct follow-up
- Garnish and inspect products prior to delivery to the guest
- Maintains cleanliness and stock of work area/outlet
- Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary
- Previous restaurant experience preferred
- Reading, writing, basic math and effective communication skills required
- English language and professional communications skills are required
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Mobility required during the entire shift
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to eight (8) hours in length
