Sell 15+ vehicles per month for 6 months or longer on average, AND Maintain excellent CSI scores (90% or higher), as measured by their vehicle manufacturer's survey platform (Medallia, etc.) HIGH-PERFORMER STARTING BONUS:Are you a high-performing salesperson at your current dealership? Maximize your earning potential from the start with our competitive starting bonus structure! If you receive a job offer from us, here's what you can expect:
- If you currently sell 24+ cars/month on average: Earn a $3,500 starting bonus in your first month, on top of your regular compensation.
- If you currently sell 18+ cars/month on average: Earn a $2,500 starting bonus in your first month, on top of your regular compensation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership
- Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs
- Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
- Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
- Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
- Be the vehicle expert. Know the ins and outs of product offerings, optional packages, and latest technology
- Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
- Follow-up and make proactive outreach to buyers and potential buyers
- Embrace company ethics and policies
- Overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
- Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
REQUIREMENTS:
- Recent experience selling 15+ vehicles per month with 90%+ customer satisfaction during the past 6-month period
- Excellent writing and phone speaking skills. You must be able to compose written business communication (emails, chats, etc.) with correct punctuation, spelling, and grammar
- Expert at automotive CRM software. We use DriveCentric, but if you are adept at any automotive CRM you should be good!
- Desire to follow processes and procedures that improve team communication and guest experience
- Bilingual Spanish (writing and speaking) is preferred, but not required
- Friendly attitude
- Strong work ethic, able to self-manage and meet key performance indicators
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Own a personal smartphone (iPhone, Android, etc.) you will use for work-related tasks
- This position requires times where you will be exposed to outdoor weather conditions and in a stationary position (e.g.: located on point on our sales lot) for up to 50% of the time. The person in this position must also move inside and outside our facility to access vehicles, file cabinets, office machinery, etc. The person in this position also frequently communicates with customers and coworkers about our product and service offerings and must be able to exchange clear and accurate written and verbal communication
