Collision Shop General Manager

Perform duties to maintain a successful and profitable repair shop. Recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates, monitor financial performance, and review the previous month's financial metrics to identify opportunities. This individual must have excellent customer service and communication skills. Financial growth month over month is expected with a high priority on thoroughly and efficiently having vehicles repaired.

The position will pay salary and commission. Negotiable based on experience.

Experienced Estimator/Insurance Adjuster

The primary focus is to examine damaged vehicles to determine the extent of structural, body, mechanical, or interior damage. The Estimator will prepare the cost of labor and parts to repair or replace each damaged item. Then, review repair cost estimates with the body shop general manager. The ideal candidate will have experience using CCC1 and Mitchell Paint Guide. Experience is a must.

Pay is negotiable based on experience.

Collision Repair Techs

Repairs damaged body parts and vehicle bodies by factory and dealership specifications and time standards. Vehicle repairs per the estimate and according to manufacturer standards. Checks parts against estimate and ensures proper parts are ordered and received. Prepares vehicles for body repair work.
