Experienced Customer Service / Kitchen and Bath Associate

Fast paced, growing company seeks an addition to our team

CUSTOMER SERVICE / KITCHEN & BATH ASSOCIATE JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, providing prompt assistance with questions, concerns, or technical issues.

- Offer personalized support to customers at our showroom, providing expert guidance on custom cabinet doors, countertops, and kitchen cabinet projects.

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings to enhance customer assistance.

- Utilize our POS system accurately to enter cabinet door sizes, generate quotations, and confirm orders.

- Create countertop quotations based on specified materials and provided sizes.

- Schedule and confirm measure/template and installation appointments with customers.

- Maintain communication with large box stores through their portals, leaving notes and confirming dates.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- Previous experience in the kitchen & bath or interior design industry.

- Strong service-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.

- Proficient in general office duties, demonstrating efficiency.

- Organized, detail-oriented, problem solver with multitasking abilities.

- Above-average basic math skills, comfortable performing regular calculations.

- Team player with an outgoing and friendly personality.

- Proficient in Microsoft Computer Products i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook

- Experience with Moraware software is a plus.

Wages Hourly $16.00 to $22.00 (based on experience level)

Employment type: Part time and/or Full-time.

9 Paid holidays (After 90 days)

Paid time off

1 week + 3 sick days paid time off after 12 months.

2 weeks + 3 sick days paid time off after 24 months.

3 weeks + 3 sick days paid time off after 60 months.
