Located in Corvallis, OR Salary: $22.00-$23.001. Leadership and Team Management:Lead and supervise a crew of landscapers, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring all team members are working efficiently and effectively.Motivate and inspire team members to maintain a high standard of quality in all landscaping tasks.Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.2. Route Management:Drive a designated route to service multiple commercial and residential properties for landscape maintenance and enhancements.Develop and follow an optimized route schedule to maximize productivity and ensure timely completion of tasks.Coordinate with the office to ensure route adjustments due to weather, client requests, or other factors are communicated effectively.3. Landscape Maintenance and Enhancement:Perform a wide range of landscaping tasks, including mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, fertilizing, irrigation maintenance, and other general landscaping duties.Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with industry best practices, company standards, and client specifications.Identify and address any potential issues related to plant health, irrigation, pest management, or landscape design, and take appropriate action.4. Client Communication:Interact professionally with clients on-site, addressing any questions, concerns, or special requests promptly and courteously.Provide updates to clients on the work completed, as well as recommendations for ongoing landscape improvements.Represent the company positively and maintain strong client relationships.5. Equipment and Safety:Ensure that all equipment, tools, and vehicles are properly maintained, serviced, and utilized safely.Enforce safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and conduct regular safety meetings with the crew.Report any equipment issues or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor.6. Documentation:Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent on each property.Complete required paperwork, such as timesheets and maintenance reports, accurately and in a timely manner.Qualifications:Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the landscaping industry, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.Skills: Proficient in various landscaping techniques, equipment operation, and horticultural practices.
