JOB SUMMARY
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Responsible for photographing and receiving parts in a production environment with a continued focus on process and improvement and daily goal attainment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To stage and record incoming items for Repairs, Returns, & Outsource. This will include identifying part numbers, taking photos and scanning incoming documents that accompany the units and link them to the RMA/RGA.
- Assist in resolving issues in accordance with Radwell International Inc. policies.
- Occasional business-related phone calls to inside and outside sales and customer service
- Maintain our focus on customer service while performing various order processing tasks
- Frequent lifting up to 100 pounds
- May be modified from time to time. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong organizational skills are required
- General knowledge of Windows based software (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Must be a team player with focus on department growth and process improvement
- Must work well in a team environment with constant interaction among the staff

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Occasional sitting, reaching, working overhead, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling, frequent walking and lifting up to 100 pounds.
**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE **
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- One to three years related experience and/or training
- Technical or Industrial product knowledge a plus

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and 6 months to 2 years related experience and/or training preferred. Phlebotomists are placed in levels I, II or three based on experience and performance
