- This Position Will Assist Leadership, and All Supporting Teams, to Maintain a Five Star Guest Experience.
- Execute Luxury Standards Throughout The Property, Spa, Pool and Gym Facility.
- Responsible For Phone Requests and Appointment Setting, Greeting, Check In/Out and the Overall Sequence of Service.
- Respond To All Guest Needs Within Minimal Amount of Time with Care and a Cheerful Outlook
- Utilize Spa Platform, Book4time & Opera, Efficiently
- Assists in Spa & Hotel Retail Boutique by Educating and Making Appropriate Recommendations
