Job Description:Position SummaryGuggenheim Securities ( GS ) is seeking an experienced Workday Associate to assist in running our organization's Workday HCM system, ensuring its optimal functionality and alignment with business processes. Reporting to our Workday Solution Architect, this role plays a critical role in supporting HR, recruiting, learning, and other related functions.Essential Job Functions
  • Workday System Upkeep - manage the day-to-day troubleshooting and configuration of the Workday system to meet organizational needs, while maintaining data accuracy, integrity, and security.
  • Workday Process Improvement - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their issues and needs and provide solutions to improve their Workday experience.
  • System Upgrades and Maintenance - participate in Workday release planning and regular maintenance to help ensure the system is up-to-date and aligned with best practices.
  • User Training and Support - provide training and support to end-users, addressing inquiries, issues, and troubleshooting system problems. Develop and maintain training materials and documentation.
  • Additional Functions - support solution architect with data governance, compliance, security and user access controls.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent proficiency in Workday core HCM and experience with additional SKUs such as Recruiting, Learning, Absence Management, Benefits, Financials, Expenses and Procurement.
  • Understanding of HR processes, and familiarity with internal and external vendor integration.
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to help translate business requirements into system solutions.
  • Strong customer service orientation with proficiency in stakeholder engagement
  • Proficiency in creating custom reports and dashboards within the Workday environment.
  • Strong task management skills and the ability to lead Workday projects with internal teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams (internal and vendor).
  • A self-starter with the ability to perform duties with limited direction.
Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience configuring and supporting Workday HCM. Experience within Financial Services is a plus but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Work Location
  • Currently, this role is expected to be in the New York office at least 4 days per week.
Salary
  • Annual base salary between $100,000 and $135,000.
  • The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. Actual base salaries may vary depending on factors such as location and experience. The range listed reflects base salary only, and the total compensation package may include other components such as incentive compensation.
