Food Runners/Bussers work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment while maintaining a genuine, professional, and enthusiastic attitude and guarantee guest satisfaction.RequirementsPrimary Responsibilities:Ability to set up/breakdown and continual maintenance of expo stationsAssist servers in properly serving food and beveragesClear, clean and reset tables to ensure they are ready for the next GuestEnsure the dining room and service area are clean, stocked and visually appealingHelp deliver an exceptional dining experienceMaintain continuous restroom checksMake sure the chairs and floors around the tables are cleanPerform station opening/closing duties each shiftRestock glassware in service and bar areasRestock ice in service and bar areasRoll and/or polish silverware and glasswareRequirements:Must have upbeat, outgoing and positive attitudeMust be able to assist guests and possess great guest relations skillsAbility to work positively in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively within a teamAbility to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of timeAbility to lift up to 35 lbs. as neededContinuous use of hands and armsContinuous bending, reaching and twisting
