We're looking for a person to help out as an Express Customer Service Advisor within our Express Service Dept. This is a great entry-level position with a great opportunity for advancement.Responsibilities and Duties
- Be punctual, dependable, cooperative and able to take direction.
- Recommend service based on preventative maintenance and safety.
- Portray a positive attitude to customers and all team members.
- Recommend additional service to customers based on time, mileage and use of the vehicle. All recommendations must be based on immediate need or preventative maintenance.
- Collect and process paperwork and payment.
- Create a working atmosphere that will encourage customers to return and recommend our services to others.
