Job SummarySuburban Subaru is currently seeking a self-motivated individual with great customer service skills. We're looking for a person to help out as an Express Customer Service Advisor within our Express Service Dept. This is a great entry-level position with a great opportunity for advancement.Responsibilities and Duties

• Be punctual, dependable, cooperative and able to take direction.
• Recommend service based on preventative maintenance and safety.
• Portray a positive attitude to customers and all team members.
• Recommend additional service to customers based on time, mileage and use of the vehicle. All recommendations must be based on immediate need or preventative maintenance.
• Collect and process paperwork and payment.
• Create a working atmosphere that will encourage customers to return and recommend our services to others.
