Primary Purpose: Install vinyl siding, soffit & facia

JOB DUTIES:

Install vinyl siding on house. Install soffit, facia on gable ends of house

Set and secure vinyl siding per DAPIA Maintain acceptable level of quality

Clean area daily Perform other duties as assigned

Measure for correct lengths of vinyl siding and cut

Install Shutters and apply sealant where necessary around house

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Must be at least 18 years old

SAFETY/ENFIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

Radial Arm Saw Use of sealants Uncontrolled Climate

EQUIPMENT/MACHINES USED:

Staple, Nail and Screw Pneumatic Guns Step Ladders and Scaffold

Radial Arm Saw and Skill Saw General Hand Tools

Personal Protective Equipment Battery Screw Gun

TESTING REQUIRED:

Drug Screen Hearing Test

COGNITIVE SKILLS:

Good reasoning skills Be able to read Blue Prints and Tape Measure

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

No sitting except breaks and lunch Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds

Must have normal use of hands Must be able to move scaffold on wheels

Must be able to work on step ladders or scaffold

Moderate amount of stretching and bending

Must be able to distinguish colors
