Fabrication/Assembly Inspector - JobRialto : Job Details

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Fabrication/Assembly Inspector to ensure the quality and compliance of our production processes. The ideal candidate will utilize their expertise in inspection techniques, quality management systems, and effective communication to contribute to our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize and interpret drawings, inspection manuals, and specifications.
• Employ shop mathematics and precision measuring instruments.
• Operate specialized inspection machines, tools, and equipment to complete work assignments.
• Work in accordance with Quality Management System Policies and Procedures.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of Company Policies, Procedures, and Specifications.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of production processes.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Exhibit strong computing skills.
• Maintain required certifications and ensure compliance with inspection procedures for accepting or rejecting processes, parts, and assemblies.
• Verify that all tools are properly qualified.
• Prepare and maintain accurate Quality records.
• Collaborate with equivalent or lower-level Inspector job codes as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Punctuality and reliability in daily attendance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain all required training certifications while on assignment.
• Availability to work all shifts, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.
• Willingness to work extended hours during peak periods.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in aerospace airframe assembly inspection.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading.
• Experience with MS Office and SAP.
• Experience in writing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with SAP.
• Previous experience with Client or Boeing.
• Specific experience with Boeing 737 airframe/fuselage inspections.
