Job Title: Fabrication B (1st Shift)Job Code: 16525Job Location: USA-OH-Cincinnati/Batavia-McMannSchedule: (4/10)Job Description:Plans work and layout, sets up and fabricates a wide variety of intricate, experimental and/or production sheet metal parts and final assemblies from raw material. Works with and interprets standard work instructions, charts, tables, blueprints, formulas, sketches, verbal and electronic orders, job layouts, etc. to accomplish assigned work. Checks and inspects operations against specified tolerances.Essential Functions:Operate CNC Laser Weld MachineWork consists of tasks that are routine. Work is structured within identified boundaries and procedures.Follows established processes to complete tasks.Escalate issues to Lead or Supervisor for resolution.Qualifications:Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/associate degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience .2 years of experience laser welding, CNC, fabrication, in a manufacturing assembly or fabrication environment.Able to obtain a Security Clearance if required.Able to obtain an explosive handle license.L3Harris Technologies is proud to be an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
