Summary: A general fabrication helper to perform the general needs around the fabrication department.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following and other duties may be assigned.Grind steel with a hand grinder (4 or 7 or 9 )Assist with loading trucksAssist with loading steel in the shopHelp keep the shop clean (General housekeeping)Previous experience operating a forklift and overhead crane is helpfulPrevious experience tack welding would be helpfulCompetencies:Read a tape measureOperating machineryOperating hand toolsAbility to follow directions
