What You Bring:

• 3-5 years of experience in countertop fabricationwith a strong understanding of materials and processes.
• Hands-on expertise with combicut machines, Sasso K600, and Ahorse scanners.
• Proven leadership skills, with experience managing teams in a fabrication or manufacturing setting.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• (Preferred) Experience withAutoCAD and ALPHAfor design and production planning.
