This all starts with our greatest asset...our employees.What You Will Be Doing:As the Fab/Welding Lead Coordinator, you will be responsible for the production schedule and overall direction of work of the Fabrication, Weld, and Aluminum Weld areas.Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities:
- Fab / Weld / Aluminum Weld efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance of QC and Phase Inspections.
- Ensure UL tank inspections.
- Responsibility of accuracy and completion of production components.
- Liaison for engineering and production.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience:
- The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED required.
- 3-5 years in operations for welding.
- Previous experience and demonstrated success in team leadership and leader development.
Required Qualifications/Skills:
- Deep understanding of the weld process.
- Leadership, vision, competitiveness, and drive.
- Strong accountability and initiative.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Advanced problem-solving capabilities.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
