Fabricator/ Assembly - CDN : Job Details

Fabrication and Assembly, Full-Time Position We have an immediate opening for skilled Fabricator in our prototype shop. As part of a product development company, the products and clients we serve can change every week, so this job covers a wide variety of processes, including CNC machining, waterjet cutting, brake forming, welding, painting, powder-coating, assembly and shipping. Experience is preferred, however, we can train the right candidates as needed.What You Need:A high level of mechanical creativity and skills using all types of fabrication equipment.A wide variety of talents and the ability to learn new skills as needed.The ability to clearly read and understand CAD documentation and work orders.Fantastic communication skills with clients, vendors and co-workers.A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.Willingness to maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.Additional skills that would be a big plus:Experience in welding steel and aluminum with MIG and TIG.CNC programming using Fusion 360 software.The ability to analyze and brainstorm improvements to products we design.Experience with wiring, electronics, hydraulics, engines, power transmission, plastics, extrusions, castings, stampings, woodworking and fabrication.What We Offer:Flexible work schedule with paid overtime.Paid holidays and vacation.Health, Vision, Life and Disability insurance.Company match 401KCompetitive pay.Located in West Bend, WI, Creative Design Network (CDN) provides conceptual design, engineering, prototypes, and short-run manufacturing expertise to manufacturers of industrial, commercial, consumer, and medical products.
