We are seeking a skilled Welding Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding components to produce high-quality products while adhering to safety and quality standards.Job ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine welding specifications.Perform various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick) to fabricate components and assemblies.Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, and cleaning surfaces before welding.Conduct quality inspections to ensure weld integrity and adherence to specifications.Maintain and operate welding equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.Troubleshoot welding issues and make necessary adjustments to processes.Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and efficiency goals.Document work performed and maintain accurate records of projects and materials used.Adhere to safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.PM23Skill RequirementsPrevious experience as a welding fabricator or similar role.Proficiency in various welding techniques and knowledge of welding safety practices.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as needed.Education RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in welding preferred.Working ConditionsAbility to work in a shop environment with exposure to noise and welding fumes.May require standing for extended periods and working in various positions.Compensation details: 17-24 Hourly WagePI8ed59ead2cf4-26289-#######2
