You can meet production demands promptly and complete high-quality work.Your Skills Include: High School diploma or GEDGreat attendance to learn and grow your skillsCommitment to the attendance policy and procedures1+ year of fabrication or welding experience a plusCommitment to work safety and actively participating in our safety cultureQuality, accuracy, thoroughness, and reliability of work performedYour Day Includes:Drill, install high-strength bolts, and grind steel componentsProduce fillet and groove welds using the SMAW, SAW, and FCAW processesRead and interpret blueprintsMaintaining a clean and organized work environment, including the proper storage and disposal of materialsUsing proper safety equipment to ensure surfaces are adequately prepared for all operationsCoordinating with shop supervisor and other personnel to complete work orders efficiently, on time, and with top-notch qualityPerforming other tasks as assigned by the supervisorYour Physical Abilities: Able to lift 50+ lbs.Must be able to push /move objects up to 50 lbs. of forcePulling requirements up to 122 lbs. of forceNecessary to stand, walk, stoop, and kneelMust have a good range of motion when reaching forward, shoulder to overhead, and bendingAgile fingers and thumbs on both handsYour Environment: Work performed indoors in a large warehouse or outside in all weather conditionsRegular exposure to dirt, dust, paint fumes, noise, moving equipment, heavy steel, and other possible hazardous conditionsSafety glasses, hearing protection, hard hats, and steel-toed boots are requiredCompensation details: 22.67-25.69 Hourly WagePI0c8d13c803ba-25660-#######2
