A&P Technology's success has created the need for a Fabricator. The Fabricator will support construction and development of new equipment for A&P's manufacturing operations. They will be responsible for supporting multiple projects across various production areas and ensuring equipment is safe, reliable, and operating efficiently. Responsibilities: Energetically take a hands-on approach with mechanical solutions Build (weld, assembly, troubleshoot) new manufacturing equipment Support equipment modifications and decommissioning Collaborate with Shop, Fabrication, Engineering and Automation teams for projects Requirements: Highschool Diploma or GED Fabrication Experience (2+ Years) or similar MIG & TIG Experience Detailed understanding of mechanical systems Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong troubleshooting experience with a passion for problem solving Self-motivated, adaptable personality and willing to work in fast paced, dynamic environment A&P Technology is a fun and exciting place to work.
