Facades Field Technician - NEOLITH : Job Details

We are expanding team in North America and are currently seeking a talented Facades Field Technician to lead the installation and quality assurance of advanced rainscreen systems using cutting-edge NEOLITH panels. You'll train and guide installation teams, collaborate with project stakeholders, and ensure top-notch execution on projects nationwide.

Responsabilities:

• Oversee the installation process during different stages of the project, ensuring that installers follow the correct procedures for setting up the rainscreen system, making sure that installers follow Neolith's guidelines and technical documents.
• Conduct detailed training sessions for installation crews, ensuring they are proficient in the proper handling, preparation, and installation of sintered stone rainscreens.
• Perform regular quality control inspections throughout the installation process, verifying alignment, fastening methods, joint tolerances, and panel integrity.
• Act as the point of contact for technical questions related to sintered stone rainscreen installation, providing guidance to ensure optimal installation techniques and system performance.
• Monitor and enforce safety standards, ensuring all workers follow necessary safety protocols, especially when working with heavy materials and at heights.
• Ensure that all components of the rainscreen system meet the project's specified standards, working with both installation teams and project managers to resolve any discrepancies.
• Record and report any deviations from design specifications or quality standards and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Professional experience in construction fields such as rainscreen systems, curtain walls, or similar architectural installations.
• Specialized knowledge of rainscreen installation, particularly with materials like Sintered Stone/Porcelain, Fibercement, HPL, ACM, Terracotta, or Perforated Metal.
• Strong familiarity with OSHA standards and safety compliance to ensure team safety at all stages of the project.
• Skilled in interpreting blueprints, shop drawings, and technical documents, ensuring accuracy in execution.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills to train teams and liaise with clients.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and client locations as needed (typically 1-2 weeks per month).
• Confident in the use of tools, anchors, adhesives, and other specialized equipment critical for facade installations.
