North Country HealthCare is transforming healthcare for rural Arizona as a Primary Care, Federally Qualified Teaching Health Center. We provide Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Dental, Physical Therapy, and Behavioral Health services to the under-served population throughout northern Arizona. Description

As a Facilities Assistant, you will have the exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth operations of our onsite facilities. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the physical environment of our clinics, ensuring they are clean, organized, and safe for both staff and patients. From performing general maintenance tasks to assisting with inventory management, your attention to detail and proactive approach will be highly valued.

Duties

* Perform general building maintenance and repair.

* Maintain building exterior and grounds

* Complete Work Order requests in a timely manner.

* Purchase and deliver supplies to assigned facilities.

* Oversee maintenance to company vehicle, if assigned.

* Assemble and install furniture.

* Oversee maintenance of HVAC systems of all assigned clinics.

* Check fire extinguishers, exit lights, emergency lights, stairwells, and egress access.

Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED

* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb a ladder

* Construction trade certifications are preferred

* Must live within 15 miles of location

Compensation

Starting at $22.84+ DOE
