Facilities Coordinator - Yoh : Job Details

Facilities Admin Coordinator needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Washington, DC.The Big Picture Top Skills Should You Possess:

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years related work experience, preferably including property management
• Paying $22 per hour; depending on experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Work with client representatives and fleet service providers
• Acknowledge all client inquiries and collect work orders
• Collect information reports to find out performance and progress status
• File work orders, proposals, department files, and other paperwork submitted by vendors
• Monitor activities that happen outside the building, such as proper waste disposal and recycling

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• High school degree or equivalent.
• MS Office experience
• Minimum of 2 years related work experience
