About the Role
The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for assisting VerdeGo Aero colleagues with administrative and technical aspects of inventory, logistics purchasing, and shipping and receiving functions. The position will also assist the Director of Operations with receiving, storage and distribution of all items received either from suppliers, vendors, or manufacturers, ensuring a smooth and consistent operation so equipment, parts, materials and supplies are located and distributed to proper departments in an effective, efficient manner. This position will help reach deadlines by assuming responsibility of inventory logistics, establishing par stock items, organization and distribution of materials / supplies in close coordination with staff. This position will be vital in the business and operational support to the VerdeGo Aero team at the Daytona Beach, FL facility.

Qualifications
Associates Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Demonstrates a highly professional and cooperative demeanor with supervisors and co- workers. Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to give, deny or ask for information in a tactful and friendly manner and discretion in giving information about plans and/or action to anyone is required. A strong attention to detail is required. Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse team of Office and Engineering personnel. Flexibility to adjust and contribute to continually evolving work situation and changing priorities. Excellent computer skills, proficient with MS Office applications. Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects on-time and on- budget. Ability to work with details and time-sensitive issues. Other duties as required.
Physical demands
Must have the ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds regularly and 75 pounds occasionally. Work in an office setting as well as a Manufacturing Hangar environment.
