The estimated salary range for this role is $27.62 /hr - $37.29/hr

Responsibilities Include: (Please summarize the 4-8 main responsibilities/accountabilities of the position. List responsibilities in the order of importance and time spent.)

Facilitate activities inclusive of project planning, execution, monitoring and controlling. Ensures required resources are secured and engaged. Identifies issues, risks, and assists with course correction and resolution.

Perform daily inspection of mechanical equipment, building, and grounds inclusive of out sourced work for compliance with specifications reporting on as found conditions impacting EX and MX satisfaction, occupancy, and operations.

Monitors the maintenance of HVAC, electrical, fire prevention systems, janitorial and refuse removal, grounds keeping services, secure document destruction, life safety systems, cellular electrical invoicing and access, furniture procurement, elevator operations, exterminator service, and corporate fleet maintenance.

Complete all assigned facilities related projects to a successful conclusion within developed and approved budgetary guidelines.

Independently performs sourcing, bid preparation, analysis, and expense oversight from contractors, vendors and or business partners inclusive of expense reporting. Provide recommendation to management for approval.

Develops and distributes communications providing visibility, direction, and minimzing ambiguity fostering successful organizational alignment and collaboration

Responsible for meeting all OSHA and regulatory agencies standards and guidelines.

*

Provides support to third party service providers including escort, delivery, and distribution necessary to support positive operational outcome. Acts as a back up for other team members. May assist in special projects and tasks as required.

Computer Skills: PC, Windows, Internet proficient and MS Excel, Access, and Word skills

Certifications: OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 required within 6 months
