OverviewAssist and respond with installation, maintenance, and repairs of building maintenance work such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC.ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Arrive on time and ready for work, according to schedule set by the Property Maintenance Manager.Respond to building and facility emergencies.Assist with repair and or repair of building maintenance work such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC.Initiate and maintain general cleanliness on projects and repairs.Assist other resort departments as needed.General building repair.Operate company vehicles.Communicate with co-workers and facility maintenance crew effectively and respectfully.Guest friendly attitude.Contribute to team effort by participating in Job Sharing, assuming responsibility for the cleanliness of the resort and safety of guests and employees; participating in safety meetings; accepting diverse assignments; maintain a positive and friendly attitude and demeanor in all internal and external interactions.Meet service level objectives and department goals as set forth by immediate supervisor.Assist in set up and breakdown of functions and events.Handle projects as assigned.RESPONSIBILITIES TO SAFETY:Protect the safety of self, co-workers, and Loon Mountain Resort guests at all times.Report any potentially harmful equipment or situations to the immediate supervisor without delay.Report safety-related accidents and incidents at once to immediate supervisor.Follow all company and department safety policies and procedures.Operate equipment in a safe manner that will not lead to injury of yourself or others.Drive in accordance with the law and Loon Mountain Resort policies.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis job has no supervisory responsibilities.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
