Facilities Maintenance Coordinator - City of Denison Texas : Job Details

Under general direction, Facilities Maintenance Coordinator will provide general maintenance and janitorial support for City facilities, ensuring that scheduled maintenance is completed and coordinates projects with supervisors and/or staff. This position will also assist with a wide range of miscellaneous duties on a daily basis. Examples of Duties ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - The following duties are typical for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to demonstrate competence and satisfactory performance of these duties. Other duties may be required and assigned. Operate various power and hand tools to assist in the maintenance and upgrade of City facilities.
