SUMMARY

Individual will carry out basic maintenance tasks as they relate to maintenance of the non-production related areas of the facility.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* HVAC Preventive Maintenance and Repairs

* Basic plumbing, electrical, building, and campus repairs.

* Assist with coordinating outside contractors for completing larger scale projects such as; Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Protection, Buildings, and Campus repairs.

* Assist with inventory control

* Assist with taking bids from contractors

* Assists in providing a safe environment for all employees

* Other duties may be assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalency. Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a similar position or equivalent combination of experience and education.
