We are seeking a managed service solution that will provide 24/7 on-site coverage. The main pillars of the service include the following:
Monitoring- An on-site electrician will physically monitor the environment by conducting periodic patrols.
Preventive Maintenance (PM)- Responsible for managing PM activities according to Teva's PM plan in collaboration with Teva's subcontractors.
Malfunction Handling (MH)- Electrical Incidents: Provide immediate response to incidents classified as L1 and L2.
- HVAC Incidents: Provide immediate response to incidents classified as L1.
Note:
All PM and MH activities will adhere to standards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Certified electrician license.
- Basic HVAC knowledge and skills.
- Service availability 24/7 for incident response.
- Basic computer skills (Office suite, operating systems).
- Serve as Level1 support for incidents in HVAC, water, and air systems.
- Serve as Level1 & Level2 support for incidents in Electrical systems
- Strong service orientation, responsibility, independence, and a systems oriented mindset
